高职院校“双师型”教师职业能力探析

摘    要:建设一支专兼结合、结构合理的“双师型”教学队伍是推进高等职业教育发展的关键,也是目前职业教育研究的热点。本文通过对“双师型”教师内涵的界定和“双师型”教师应具有的职业能力的分析,以及构建高职院校“双师型”教师的职业能力模型的阐述,为建立和完善高职院校“双师型”教师的认定和评价体系提供参考。

Abstract:To construct a team of dual-qualification teachers is the key to promote the development of higher vocational education and the hot point of research on current vocational education.Here the connotation of dual-qualification teachers is defined;their professional ability is analysed and the model of their professional ability is expounded,providing important reference for the establishment and perfection of dual-qualification teachers in higher vocational colleges.
