| 摘 要： | 毛泽东是最早提出"党内法规"这个名称的中国共产党领导人。通过对早期毛泽东关于"党内法规"这个概念及其范畴的研究,我们可以深刻地理解毛泽东在新民主主义革命时期对于当时中国共产党内各种问题的思考。这对于我们全面、准确地理解毛泽东思想具有重要的时代价值。
