| 摘 要： | 阐述了知识经济的四个特征。论述了为迎接知识经济的挑战，必须转变高等教育观念，表现在三个方面：坚持人才增减的综合化，处理好科学教育与人文教育，通识教育与专业教育的关系；树立知识创新观，建立大学创造教育的合理机制；大力推进产学研结合加快科技成果转化。
