| 摘 要： | 与全国其他地区相比，桂西南沿边地区少数民族法律信仰程度也比较低。笔者认为．主要原因是当地居民对国家法律不了解．表现在当地现实生活中的方方面面提高的途径是：培育民众的法律意识；充分利用当地良好的信仰条件；正确地对待民族习惯法文化传统等。

| Abstract: | Compared with other parts in China, the extent of legal belief of ethnic minorities in remote
districts in south-west Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is rather low. The main reason for this, as the author
thinks, is because of the residents' unawareness of the nation's laws and regulations, which is showed in all
respects in their daily life. And the approaches to improve this can be 1) to cultivate the people's legal awareness;
2) to make the best use of the people's good belief in the locality and 3) to handle ethnic conventional laws, culture
and customs and so on. |
