| 摘 要： | 良好的秩序是维持一个社会稳定发展的前提与基础。而法律,则为这种秩序的维护提供了强有力的保障。我们必须根据普法的对象来确定普法的方式、时间,同时通过加强普法人员培训、设施建设等途径来提高普法的效果。
