| 摘 要： | 民国时期,在疫病肆虐的刺激下,在全国范围内卫生强国想象、城市现代性追求及卫生行政规划的引导下,在安徽＂革新运动＂和合肥城市建设的促进下,在中西医界合作、政府与社会互动下,内地中小城市合肥也萌蘖了公共卫生事业。它涉及疫病防治、环境卫生、妇婴卫生、学校卫生等多个面相,然而,时代困境与在地特质又决定其时合肥乃至全国的公共卫生事业,只是开启了肇端,却注定逡巡难前,无法真正应答中国卫生现代化的时代吁求。
