超声催化氧化法对罗丹明B溶液的脱色研究

摘    要:采用US/Cu^2+/H2O2体系,超声催化降解罗丹明B模拟废水溶液。考察了超声功率、超声频率、超声时间、初始pH值、H2O2的用量、CuSO4的投加量以及罗丹明B溶液的初始浓度对脱色率的影响。通过正交实验,得出了主次因素,并得出了最佳反应条件。还对单独使用H2O2、H2O2/CuSO4体系,单独使用超声技术以及US/H2O2体系的处理效果进行了分析。

Abstract:In this paper, US/Cu^2+/H2O2 system is used for the decolorization of Rhodamine B in water. And the effect of factors, such as ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic power, duration time, initial pH value of solution, the dosage of hydrogen peroxide, the dosage of CuSO4 and initial concentration, are elementary investigated. The results of orthogonal experiment show the principal and subordinate factor and the optimization of experiment. Also used other systems such as H2O2, H202/CuSO4, US, US/H2O2 , the effect of the treatment was analyzed.
