建筑是人类按照实用原则,在对自然界加工改造过程中创造出来的物质实体,同时又是在这个加工改造中,运用了美的规律,注入了审美思想,具有审美价值的艺术作品。本文阐述了中国建筑的发展阶段及类型,并且从建筑平面、屋顶、色彩、整体布局等方面对中国古代建筑的美学特征进行了分析。
