| 摘 要： | 因材施教，开展个别教育是班主任必须具备的素质和能力。班主任要教育好不同层次的学生，首先必须充分了解学生，只有摸清学生存在的不同“病情”，才好“对症下药”。结合教学实践对班主任应如何开展个别教育进行了初步探讨。
