酶基因工程的研究现状及进展

摘    要:通过基因工程技术可以创造出新酶或改造原有的酶,亦可以揭示酶的结构与功能的关系,报道了基因工程在酶的异源表达等方面的研究进展。探索了研究中存在的问题,常会发现带有变异质粒或缺失质粒的非生长细胞存在,从而严重降低酶的产率,其主要原因是质粒分配的不稳定性、结构不稳定性、质粒的不同拷贝状态对宿主细胞生理的影响;并对其前景作了展望。

Abstract:People can make new type of enzyme or reform enzyme through the technique of genetic engineering which can reveal the relationship between the structure and function of enzyme. This paper reports the research progress in genetic engineering for the expression of heterogenetic enzyme probing into the problems in the research, the authors of this paper find there exist the non growth cells with variation or deletion of plasmid, which greatly reduces the output of enzyme. The main cause is the unstability in the structure and in plasmid allotment and the effect of the different copies and states of plasmid on the physiology of duplicate cells. Besides,the authors also make prospects for the future of the genetic engineering.
