| 摘 要： | 从校均学生数来看我国成人高等教育发展的过程其实质不是"萎缩",而是从低级到高级、从简单到复杂的周期性螺旋式上升和波浪式前进的发展过程,体现出事物发展的曲折性。通过"文化引领、质量立校、差异发展、特色创新",促进成人高等教育的转型与发展。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of the average school student number,the development of adult higher education in China is not "withering",but undergoing a periodical process from simple to complicated and from a lower to a higher level in a spiral-ascending and wavy advande,which indicates the tortuosity of progress.With cultural guidance,quality-centered orientation,differentiated instruction and characteristic innovation,it promotes the transformation and further development of adult higher education. |
