中国改革价值论初探

随着我国改革开放的深入,在获得举世瞩目成就的同时,各种矛盾也逐渐显性化,围绕改革,产生了各种争议和看法。文章认为,欲明晰争点,使人们再次实现认识上的统一,确保改革开放的理性与自觉性,避免有悖改革初衷事情的再发生,明确树立改革价值论是当务之急。实践的选择性、合目的性特征,是它的哲学基础;新一届中央领导集体提出的以人为本的科学发展观及一系列惠民政策的出台,是其政策支持和体现。我国改革的价值目标应包括:秩序、效率、公平、正义、和谐、民主、自由、法治、人权等。这些目标共同构成一个开放的体系,形成一种动态化的位阶次序,并随着社会形势的变化而调整彼此关系。改革价值论的确立,不仅有着理论建树意义,更能对改革开放的实践产生深远的影响。

With the deepgoing of China's reform and opening,all kinds of problems have come into peoples' eyesight with more achievements.In recent years,there are some opinions conflictly about China's reform.The author of this artcle think it's time the theory of the values of China's reform and opening be established.The content of the values includes:order and law,efficiency and freedom,justice and fair;democracy and the human rights and so on.The axiology supplys the theory with philosophy foundation,and the new leading group's attitudes of ruling and the government's beneficial policis to people support the theory with practices.Once the theory be accepted by more,there will be enormitily significances in both doctrine and actuality.
