| Abstract: | In view of the main indexes used in the evaluation of the bidding documents and in accordance with the theory of meta-synthesis methodology from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis,the model of bidding documents is created by organic combination of careful and scientific analysis Delphi,AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.It proves to be an reasonable and effective model for evaluating the bidding documents. |
