| 摘 要： | 危机信息沟通在预防、控制危机,加强反危机协调,稳定人心等方面有重要作用。在我国,危机治理部门内部、外部信息沟通不通畅。应加强危机指挥部门内部及其与灾区公众、与政府职能部门、与社区和国际社会、与媒体等方面的信息沟通。

| Abstract: | Crisis information communication takes effect on preventing and controlling crisis, coordinating counter cycle and reassuring people. In our country, an obstructed internal and external information communication exists in crisis torrent section. Crisis information communication should be promoted among crisis command organizations, and between crisis command organizations and functional departments, the people in a stricken area, community and international community, media and so on. |
