| 摘 要： | 港口码头租赁权的竞投实质上是一个拍卖模型。笔者在对有关拍卖模型的几种基本研究思路作一评述的基础上，利用进化理论构造了有关能用于港口码头租赁竞争的拍卖模型。该模型可作为构造有关拍卖方面的ＤＳＳ软件的理论基础。
