| 摘 要： | 邓小平法治思想是我国依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家治国方略的思想源头，他提出的要以法治代替人治，发扬社会主义民主，健全社会主义法制，有法可依，有法必依，执法必严，违法必究等法治思想极大地促进了我国法制建设进程，邓小平法治思想对真正建成社会主义法治国家仍具有重要指导意义。
