| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代末80年代初在西方兴起的＂新公共管理运动＂对公共部门管理的理论与实践产生了重要的影响,同样对志愿者组织也产生了全面的、深刻的影响。从新公共管理运动背景下志愿者组织的发展状况,当前我国志愿者组织存在的问题,以及新公共管理运动给志愿者组织建设带来的启示等方面进行分析。

| Abstract: | In the late 70s and early 80s of the 20th century,the ＂new public management movement＂ in the west had a significant impact of public sector management theory and practice,It also had a comprehensive,profound influence on the volunteer organizations.This paper discusses the development of volunteer organizations in the background of the new public management,and further analysis of the current problems in Chinese volunteer organizations,and reveal the revelation of construct volunteer organizations in the background at the new public management movement. |
