高职实验实训基地闭环式管理模式新探

实验实训基地是高职院校培养学生专业实践技能和创新能力的重要基地。由于传统的实验实训基地存在管理制度难落实、管理效能较低、设备老化严重等问题，提出了闭环式的管理模式。借助教师培训与考核、管理员监管、闭环式软件平台等形成的大闭环，形成了实验实训基地管理步步落实、设备维护及时到位的新格局。
