摘    要:为全面实施素质教育 ,在学生学习的整个过程中 ,应该构建学生自主性学习模式 ,挖掘学生学习的潜在动力 ,培养学生学习的自主性、积极性 ,促进学生个体的积极发展。根据学生自主学习动力的诸因素 ,应着重做好几方面的工作 :对学生进行目标教育、思想教育 ;热爱知识、热爱科学的教育 ;时代观念教育、现实教育 ;尊重、爱护、激励学生

Abstract:In an effort to carry out quality-oriented education, it's necessary to set up students' study patterns of intrinsic motivation, of bringing their potential into full play, of cultivating their initiative in study, of making their individuality develop rapidly. Based on these factors of intrinsic motivation of study, stress should be placed on the following: teaching students on aim and thinking; teaching them to love knowledge and science; teaching them on new outlook and reality; respecting, protecting and stimulating them.
