| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了员工援助计划的涵义及内容，然后从提高员工工作生活质量、降低单位管理成本、增加员工投资回报等角度，分析了员工援助计划在西方发达国家的应用效果，最后提出了中国企业导入员工援助计划的思路。
