| Abstract: | On the base of analyzing the cognitive characteristics of students with hearing impairment, the researchers adopted multi-media and television meeting system to compensate the physical deficits of the students, to broaden their knowledge and inspire them to learn. The results showed that this teaching method could make satisfied teaching effects, realize resource sharing and reduce the educational cost. |
