简论儒家和谐治理观的制度化分析

摘    要:儒家和谐治理观制度化是以儒家学说为基准,建立起一套制度法律系统,规范人们行为的同时引导价值判断,通过实施深入人心,形成核心价值观。儒家和谐治理观制度化的最高表现形式就是儒学的意识形态化。儒家和谐治理观制度化有效地说明和解释现有政治秩序的合法性并着力于维持和保障现有秩序和政权的持续发展。儒家和谐治理观制度化经验及发挥的功效为当代社会主义和谐社会的构建提供本土资源的借鉴。

Abstract:Based on Confucianism, the institutionalization of Confucian harmonious governance view is to set up a set of system and law, to guide value judgement while regulating people manners and in the meantime guide value judgment; to carry it out so as to popularize it and to form key values. The highest representation is the ideological transformation of Confucianism theory. It effectively elaborates and explains the legitimacy of the existent political order and maintains and guarantees its continual development. The experiences of its implementation and function provide native reference for the construction of the harmonious society.
