湖北省师范类体育教师的健康现状调查与研究

为探索改善湖北省师范类体育教师中存在的亚健康现状的有效措施，采用数理统计法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验研究法等方法，对湖北省师范类体育教师的健康及健康行为现状进行调查，调查结果显示：湖北省师范类体育教师的身体健康状况不容乐观，患病率最高的疾病为咽炎，占总人数的33.0%，其次是腰背痛、颈椎病和肩周炎，分别占总数的23.0%、19.3%和16.7%；44岁以上的超重人员比较多，体育教师的BMI值及超重和肥胖的比例随年龄的增长有增长的趋势，男体育教师的超重及肥胖的比例高于女体育教师，肥胖较容易发生在60-74岁之间，体育教师晚睡晚起，缺乏健康饮食的关注，吸烟喝酒现象比较多，对自己所患疾病一直进行相关治疗的教师只占调查总人数的11.0%。

Investigation and Research on the Health Status of Normal Physical Education Teachers in Hubei Province

Effective measures for improving the normal physical education teachers in Hubei province in the sub-health status, using the mathematical statistics method, literature data method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, investigation of health and health behavior status of Hubei province teachers of physical education teachers, the survey results showed that： health condition in Hubei normal physical education teachers is not optimistic, the highest prevalence rate of diseases for pharyngitis, accounting for 33% of the total number, followed by low back pain, cervical vertebra diseases and scapulohumeral per arthritis, which accounted for 23%, 19.3% and 16.7%;more overweight people over the age of 44, the proportion of PE Teachers＇ value of BMI and overweight and obese with the growth of the age growth trend, male physical education teachers in overweight and obesity is higher than the proportion of female physical education teachers, obesity is easy to occur between the ages of 60-74, PE teachers stay up late and get up late, lack of attention to healthy eating, drinking and smoking phenomenon more, of their disease has been related treatment for the investigation of the total number of teachers 11%.
