摘    要:以高职院校教师实践教学竞赛活动为研究对象,结合组织教师参加实践教学竞赛的工作实际,设计基于工作过程教学模式的教师实践教学竞赛方案。目的是通过采用有别于传统意义上的教师教学竞赛方式,彰显“理论教学服务于实践教学”的高职教育教学理念,强化实践教学在工学结合人才培养模式中不可替代的重要作用,对提高高职院校教师实践教学水平和职业技能,打造双师型的教师队伍具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The paper designs competition plan of teachers' practice teaching based on work process,by taking the teachers' practice teaching competition as a research object.It aims to emphasize the higher vocational teaching concept that the theoretical teaching serves to practical teaching and points out that practical teaching plays an important role that cannot be replaced in the talents cultivation model with the characteristic of the combination of work with learning.
