| 摘 要： | 通过对图书馆员人文关怀理论与实践的探讨,揭示图书馆人力资源管理的新策略。认为人力资源管理是图书馆整个管理工作的核心问题,人文关怀是图书馆人力资源管理的新策略,而图书馆员的人文关怀则是图书馆人文关怀的第一层面;应当在尊重馆员个性差异、激发馆员个性潜能、馆员参与式管理、营造宽松和谐的人际环境等方面进行实践。
