江西高等教育发展的战略思考

基于江西在中部地区崛起的战略目标,依据构筑江西人才高地的要求,明确提出了江西高等教育发展的战略定位,实事求是地分析了江西高等教育发展的现实基础及存在的困难与差距。在此基础上,从重塑大学人文精神、实现大学准确定位、优化高教资源配置、明晰高教发展目标、调整优化专业结构、抓好教师队伍建设、构建质量保障体系、提升高校核心竞争力、大力开展创业教育、强化高教投入等方面对江西高等教育事业的发展作出了新的战略思考和战略选择。

On the Strategy for the Development of Jiangxi Higher Education

By the strategic objective for the rising of Jiangxi Province in the center of China,and the requirement for constructing platform for talented people,this article explicitly puts forward a strategic position for the development of Jiangxi higher education,and analyses its real situation and present difficulties in the development as well as its gap between Jiangxi and the other provinces.New strategic choices are put forward from the following ten aspects:establishing humanistic spirit;defining the position of universities;optimizing the utilization of higher education resource;clarifying the developing object of higher education;optimizing the structure of subjects;emphasizing the building of teaching faculties;constructing the guarantee system of quality;improving the competitive abilities of universities;stressing the combination of education and practice and strengthening the investment in the institution of higher learning.
