摘    要:D大学K学院在创新型新工科人才培养方面优化了专业布局,明确了专业方向,增加了跨专业、跨学科选修学分和实践学分,组建了跨学科学生创新团队,开办了光机电一体化创新实验班,开设了拔尖创新人才实验班,实施了提高人才培养质量的新举措。以削减总学分,减少必修课程门数,增加跨学科跨专业选修课、实践课门数,开创实践创新及实施举措为指导思想,提出了新工科背景下"专创融合"的本科生培养方案总体布局。近三年的改革成果表明,此培养模式已成为学院鲜明的办学特色。

Abstract:The K school of D university has optimized the professional layout,defined the professional direction,increased the elective credits and practical credits of multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary,set up interdisciplinary student innovation team,set up the innovative experimental class of optical mechanical and electrical integration,set up the experimental class of top innovative talents,and implemented the new initiatives of improving talent training quality.Under the guidance of reducing the total credits,reducing the number of compulsory courses,increasing the number of interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary elective courses and practical courses,and creating practical innovation and implementation measures,this paper puts forward the overall layout of the undergraduate training program of"professional innovation integration"under the background of new engineering.The results of the reform in the past three years show that this training mode has become a distinctive school running feature of the college.
