| 摘 要： | 正所谓兴趣是最好的老师,该文结合教学实践,运用文献资料法、经验总结法,从“理解与关心、表扬与奖励、故事与游戏、创新与竞争、直接与间接、自主与辅助和意志与团队”7个操作策略出发,就如何在枯燥无味的乒乓球训练中培养学生对乒乓球运动的情趣进行了浅层次的探讨,旨在抛砖引玉,为基层乒乓球教练员的实际训练提供可行性借鉴。
