摘    要:实践表明,教师教学行为的有效性直接影响着学生学习的积极性,进而关系到课堂教学的整体质量以及学生的发展。文章以英语教学为例,首先分析有效教学行为的特点,并阐述促进教师教学行为对学生学习产生积极影响的措施,旨在通过教师教学行为的优化推动学生英语学习积极性、学习能力与学习效果的提升。

Abstract:Practice shows that the effectiveness of teachers'teaching behavior directly affects students'enthusiasm for learning,and then relates to the overall quality of classroom teaching and the development of students.Taking English teaching as an example,this paper first analyzes the characteristics of effective teaching behavior,and expounds the measures to promote teachers'teaching behavior to have a positive impact on students'learning,aiming to promote students'enthusiasm,learning ability and learning effect through the optimization of teachers'teaching behavior.
