| 摘 要： | 着重对古代中国与西方人口精神素质的构成及其内容加以差异比照，从中对古代中西方历史发展变化作以探究，进而阐明这些变化对近代东西方不同的社会转变所起的作用，并认为中西的人口素质内容的差异主要体现在思维方式，道德修养，化知识与能力方面的差异。
