摘    要:提高教学质量,是学校追求的永恒主题。随着中学体育教学研究的深入,教学改革的最终目的是实现教学过程中的最优化组织形式,来提高教学质量。按学生身体健康状况和运动能力进行分组教学(按体能进行分组),是更有效地完成体育教学内容和任务的组织措施。

Abstract:How to teach efficiently is an eternal topic and aim that every schoolseeks for. With the study and research of the physical education in middle schools,theultimate aim of teaching reform is to divide students into proper groups in the teaching process in order to teach them efflciently. According to students'health conditionsand motion ability,dividing them into several groups to teach is an active and efficientmethod to carry out the content and the task of physical education.
