| 摘 要： | 党委中心组学习是加强领导班子理论学习、思想建设的重要形式，是增强其凝聚力和战斗力的重要途径，也是集思广益、形成共识的重要平台。因此，以推动工作为目标、以联组学习拓范围、以扩大学习作示范、以“八有”制度强基础加强和改善党委中心组学习并引领学习型党组织建设具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Party central group study is an important style which leading group strengthens theoretical study and ideological construction, is an important way which leading group enhanes its cohesive force and the battle efficiency, and an important platform which leading group draws on collective wisdom and absorb all useful ideas and gets to a common view. So it has important significance promoting work as the target, expanding the range by combining groups learning, doing demonstration by expanding learning range, strengthening the foundation by＂ Eight＂ system, strengthening and improving party central group study, and leading learning party construction. |
