摘    要:正确认识和处理体育运动人才各种组织效应之间的关系,是增强竞技实力的重要途径。(一)力争最佳的整体效应,在此前提下方可适当获取局部效应。(二)潜在效应是表现效应的发展源泉。教练应善于从运动潜人才表现效应中见其潜在效应。(三)要从有形效应中察知无形效应,承认基层教练和体育教师的训练成果。(四)直接效应必须与间接效应相结合,科学训练是体现为间接效应的多学科自外而内地向运动队输入的结果。(五)短期效应必须服从长期效应。运动人才的组织效应原理为:(一)同素异构原理。(二)协同合力原理。(三)要素功能原理。

Abstract:An important way of enhancing our competitive power is through correctly recognizing and handling the relationships among different kinds of organizational efficiency accruing from our sports talents. Specifically, the following points should be observed; 1. Strive for optimal total efficiency before seeking as much local efficiency as possible;2. Latent efficiency is the source of the development of substantial efficiency and coaches should be good at discovering it from potential talents; 3. We should be able to perceive the invisible efficiency lying behind the efficiency that is already in plain sight, and give recognition to the successes achieved by coaches and PE teachers working at the grass-roots level; 4. Indirect efficiency should receive the same attention as direct efficiency, and scientific training by which knowledge in various branches of learning is instilled into the athletes should he highly regarded for the indirect efficiency accruing from it; 5. Short-term efficiency should be subordinate to long-term efficiency.
