师范类小学教育专业升本后的挑战与出路

摘    要:就全国总体而言,小学教师培养已由过去的中师学校培养转为今天大学的一个专业(小学教育专业)进行培养。小学教育专业升本后的十余年里,中师情节一直缠绕着我们。需要厘清小学教师培养在中师期间的学校办学与大学期间的学院办学之间的利弊关系,正视小学教育专业升本后面临的挑战,通过用大学精神与文化培养具有独立思考与研究能力的高学历小学教师,扩大专业师资队伍以及利用小学教育专业与基础教育联系密切的优势,加强基础教育研究等方式找寻出路。
