Analysis of obstacles and countermeasures for the financing problems of medium and small sized enterprises

In order to solve the financing problems of development for medium and small sized enterprises of science and technology,this thesis analyses the obstacles and restricts from inner mechanism and outer circumstance,points out that strengthening enterprises administration,developing risk-taking investment,stipulating relevant law and rule,and improving the financial environment and stock market.That is helpful for medium and small sized enterprises of science and technology to raise capital.
