| 摘 要： | 人格权法是民法典中的重要部分，对其进行规定应当科学完善。民法典草案学建议稿对人格权的规定有很多成功之处，体例上独立成编，内容上设计完备，具有开放性，权利保护上具有前瞻性，具有很大的进步性。当然，该建议稿在一些方面值得商榷，需要进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The law of the right of personality is very important in the future civil code in China, and we should stipulate the right of personality scientifically and perfectly. The recommendation on the civil code has a lot of success,such as solitude edit,perfect content,openness,forward looking,progress. Of course,there are some flaw in the recommendation, and should be improved in the future. |
