| 摘 要： | 地方高校是我国高等教育的主体组成部分,在许多方面有相同或相似之处。它们都存在着特点不够鲜明、突出,在规划制定中定位不够准确,办学目标不够清晰、科学等问题。对此,西部地方一般高校应根据自身特点,在发展规划制定中坚持教学的中心地位,培养面向地方社会、经济发展的应用型、创业型人才,从而促进地方发展。
