| Abstract: | In order to explore the culture of Wushu and the connotation of sports,this study conducted an in-depth analysis on objective body of intellectual property right of Wushu.Based on the basic characteristics of intellectual property right of Wushu,the main body of intellectual property right of Wushu was analyzed;meanwhile the mechanism of protecting Wushu's Intellectual property right was discussed. |
