| 摘 要： | 网络教育作为一种适合终身教育、面向对象广泛、资金效能比高的选择，获得了各国政府的青昧。文章分别阐述了近年来中英两国政府出台的网络教育政策，并在此基础上进行了比较分析，最后对我国政府如何制定网络教育政策提出建议。
