摘    要:“公关咨询”是公共关系职能由组织“喉舌”上升为组织“外脑”的重要表现形式,也是专业公关公司取得长足发展的竞争优势所在。公关咨询业务在中国-东盟自由贸易区中显得迫切而重要,公关咨询的应用对区域经济的发展和人才培养都具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。

Abstract:"Public relations consulting" are the important functions of public relations by the organization of "mouthpiece" up for the organization of "brain" which forms competitive advantage of professional public relations firm. Public relations consulting business become urgent and important in China - ASEAN Free Trade Area that are of great theoretical and practical significance in regional economic development and talent cultivation.
