微硬盘中电机马达的控制研究

摘    要:微硬盘中电机马达的控制十分重要,马达工作的稳定性直接影响到硬盘伺服的质量,是提高数据读取传输率的关键因素.通过对微硬盘马达控制进行相关实验研究,测试表明,在闭环拉制阶段,反电动势在上升沿前后的抖动时间在10微秒之内,抖动误差在4.2%之内.

Abstract:The control of motor in micro hard disk is very important,for the stability of motor running is closely connected with quality of hard disk service,which is the key element to improve data reading and transmission.The author has proposed a new control method and carried out relevant experimental study.The testing shows that in the stage of closed loop control,the flutter error is within 4.2%in the 10 microsecond of back EMF in the rise flutter.
