| 摘 要： | 为满足国民经济宏观控制所需信息与水路运输行业管理的需要,本文通过对现行水运统计指标体系的现状和存在问题的分析,按系统论的思想提出了建立健全全社会水运业统计指标体系的设想。笔者还就全社会水运业统计指标体系的实施提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of the macroscopic control of nationaleconomy and the management of shipping trades, this paper studies and analyses thepresent conditions and problems of the statistical indicator system in operation forshipping. On the basis of the above, the paper further proposes, in light of systemlheory, the idea of establishing and amplifying the statistical indicator system forall shipping trades. Finally, some measures are put forward for the implementationof the system. |
