| 摘 要： | 为切实推动和促进陕西体育后备人才培养的可持续发展,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,以10所陕西省市级体育运动学校作为研究对象,对其发展的现状、发展中存在的主要问题进行了初步探讨,提出加强“体教结合”,加强教练员队伍建设,全面提高教练员素质,加大对体育运动学校的投入,提高后备人才培养的科学化水平等发展对策。

| Abstract: | For effectively promoting and facilitating the sustainable development of sports talented athlete cultivating in Shaanxi Province,with documents,interviewing and questionnaire,the researcher took 10 municipal sports schools in Shaanxi Province as the subjects of researching,and had a preliminary study on the current situation and problems mainly existed.The author proposed developing countermeasure of strengthening the combining the athletic and academic studies, strengthening the trainer troop to construct,comprehensively improving the trainer quality,increasing the input to the sports schools,raising the scientific level of potential sports talented athlete cultivating and so on. |
