对沿海大吨位燃煤汽轮机运煤船的可行性论证

本文介绍80年代国外建造9艘现代化燃煤汽轮机海船概况,阐述了我国发展沿海大吨位燃煤汽轮机运煤船在技术上是可行的。它不仅作为一种技术储备是必要的,而且在一定的油/煤价格比下在经济上是有利的。文章根据我国国情对秦—申线两种35 000吨级运煤船及秦—黄线两种60 000吨级运煤船进行营运经济分析,得出相应的必要运费率R.F.R.临界曲线和投资偿还期P.B.P.临界曲线。该曲线可作为判断燃煤汽轮机运煤船的营运经济性,对我国制订船舶燃料政策和动力政策的决策部门有重要参考价值。

The Feasibility Demonstnation of Large-tonnage Coal-fueled steam Turbine Colliers in China's Coastal Areas

This artltce presents a brief introduction to nine modern coalfueled steam turbine colliers which were made in other countries in 1980's, It expounds the technical feasibility of developing large-tonnage coal-fueled steam turbine colliers in China's coastal areas. The development will not only contributes to the necessary storing of such technique for future use, but also benefit Chinats economy by the price diffrence between oil and coal. The paper makes a business economic analysis of two types of 35,000 DWT-class colliers on the Qinhuangd ao-Shanghai line and another two types of 60,000 DWT-class colliers on the Qinhuangdao-Huangpu line and obtains the corresponding critical curve of R.F.R.(Required Frelgnt Rate) and that of P.B.P. (Investment Payback Period) these curves help to determine the business efficiency of the coalfueled steam turbine collier, and serve as valuable reference information worthy of the attention of those departments which are responsible for making Chinats marine fuel and power policies.
