双分教学模式在乒乓球普修课技术教学中的实验研究

摘    要:本文以现代教学理论为依据,创新构建了乒乓球"双分"教学模式。在体育院系乒乓球普修课技术教学中实施"双分"教学模式的实验结果表明:运用"双分"教学模式,提高了学生对技术动作的讲解、示范和评价能力,有利于学生在短时间内准确掌握技术,同时还培养了学生的协作精神和竞争意识,最终实现了不同技能水平学生的共同进步。实验证实,"双分"教学模式教学效果显著优于传统教学模式。
