| 摘 要： | 目前我国的档案管理水平偏低,作为档案管理人才的重要来源,档案专业硕士教育更显得尤为重要。本文将我国的人民大学、武汉大学与英国的伦敦大学作了比较,寻找发展的突破口,为我国发展档案教育及人才培育提供参考。
