以提高就业质量为导向的就业指导课程体系建设研究

随着我国高等教育事业改革和发展的不断深入,各高校越来越关注在就业率基础上的大学生就业质量的提高。而对于就业指导课程体系的建设正是促进就业质量提高的有力保障。本文分析了就业指导课程体系建设对提高就业质量的重要意义,阐述了高校就业指导课程体系建设的现状,并从实际出发,提出加强就业指导课程体系建设的途径。从而为以提高就业质量为导向的就业指导课程体系建设,提供理论依据。

The Preliminary Study on Establishing the System of Employment Guidance Course Guided by Improving the Quality of Employment

With the deepening of the reform and development of the highen education,the universities are increasingly concerned about the exaltation of quality of employment on the basis of employment rate.Establishing the system of employment guidance course is to promote a strong guarantee to improve the quality of employment.This paper analyzed the significance of establishing the system of employment guidance course.It described the status of establishing the system of employment guidance course.It put forward some programs which will provide a theoretical basisfrom reality.
