| 摘 要： | 教师职业生命是教师作为职业人对自我生命内涵、生命尊严、生命价值、生命权力、生命义务、生命终结等重大问题所采取的基本认识及思想裁断。生命哲学“流动”、“绵延”、“经历”、“创造”等理念的倡导，为教师理性审视自身的职业生命提供了崭新的视角。对教师而言，这种诠释本身，无疑已经超越纯粹人生哲学意义上的自觉，从而包含了一种丰富而生动的现实关怀。

| Abstract: | Teachers' career life can be defined as the basic understanding and judgment about teachers' life intension,life dignity,life value,life right,life obligation,and life end etc.Life philosophy gives a new perspective about teachers' career life through such ideas as 'move','duration','experience','creation' and so on.There is no doubt that this analysis will surmount the pure life philosophy,and it will include vivid and practical care. |
