谈谈教师在教学中的反思意识

教师与学生要想发展，必须要将实践与探究融为一体，使之成为促进师生发展、能力不断提升的过程，而反思则是将二者有效结合，形成在研究状态下工作的生活方式的重要途径。教师和学生的成长过程中都离不开不断地反思这一重要环节。

Teachers of all kinds should not be limited themselves to teaching only, they should also build reflective consciousness as well.Only by always reviewing what they have done in teaching can they well summary effeclive methods and reconsider the shortcoming or misdoing teaching. By doing so,they can improve them selves to a higher stage.
