| 摘 要： | 从劳动的作用角度可以把劳动划分为三种形态:类劳动、生存劳动和异化劳动。这三种劳动之间没有绝对的界限。在人的全面发展作为发展的元价值的转变过程中,劳动形式也必须相应地转变以适应人类自身的发展需求,科学劳动成为适应这一需要的最佳的劳动形式。科学劳动的要素不同于以往的任何一种劳动,并且具有实现人与自然、人与社会协调发展的新的职能。

| Abstract: | Labor can be divided into three forms from the perspective of its effect: human labor,existential labor and alienated labor,among which there are actually no absolute borderlines.In the process where the all-round development of human beings is taken as the meta-value of development,the form of labor must change accordingly to meet the requirements of human development,and "scientific labor" is the best form.The elements of "scientific labor" are different from those of other labor forms,and have the new function of accomplishing the harmonious development between man and nature,nature and society. |
